  • Am I able to change the layout of the gift?
    Absolutely. If you have an idea, I would love to hear it. If you think something would work better please let me know prior to placing the order. I will always send through a proof for approval before hand.

  • Am I able to add to my order if I have forgotten something? Yes. Please just send me an email to momentsbyfranks@hotmail.com.au with the order number you wish to add to. **Please note**: No additional postage charges will be applied if you notify before the item/s have been packaged.

  • Can I make changes to my gift if I have spelt something wrong? Yes you can BUT please proof read anything before placing the order. If you find a mistake after placing your order please get in touch with us at momentsbyfranks@hotmail.com as soon as you can. Given these gift are customised, I am unfortunatly unable to resell these.If you find a mistake on recieving your item, this will be replaced free of charge.

  • If I have a bulk order for funeral remembrance how do I order?First of all ,I am so sorry for you and your families loss. Losing a loved one is never easy and planning a funeral is emotionally heartbreaking. We would love to help you celebrate your loved ones life through our photo magnets. These make a beautiful keepsake for all guests paying respect at this very hard time.If you would like a quote please get in touch with us at momentsbyfranks@hotmail.com to discuss the amount you will need, the time frame and the selection of photos. We are able to accomodate for large orders at short notice.
